CosmoCare Return & Refund Policy  

At CosmoCare.shop, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return eligible items under these terms.  

1. What Can Be Returned  
- Unopened products in original packaging with seals intact  
- Defective or damaged items (must report within 48 hours of delivery)  
- Incorrect items we sent by mistake  

What can't be returned:  
- Opened or used skincare/makeup products  
- Items marked "Final Sale"  
- Free gifts or samples  

2. Return Time Window  
You have 30 days from delivery date to start a return.  

3. How to Return Items  
1. Email returns@cosmocare.shop with:  
   - Your order number  
   - Product name and reason for return  
   - Photos if item is damaged  

2. We'll email you return instructions within 2 business days  

3. Ship items back to:  
The address will be provided on the return label

4. Who Pays for Return Shipping  
- We cover costs 

5. Refund Details  
- Processing takes 10 business days after we receive return  
- Refunds go to original payment method  
 6. Exchanges  
We don't do direct exchanges. Return your item and place a new order.  

7. Problems with Your Order  
For damaged or wrong items:  
- Contact us within 48 hours  
- Include photos of issue  
- We'll send replacement or refund  

8. Special Cases  
These can't be returned:

CosmoCare Shipping Policy (USA & International)

1. Order Processing Time

📦 All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
⏳ Handmade/Pre-order items (e.g., custom skincare sets) may take 7–10 days to ship (noted on product pages).
⚠️ During high-demand periods (e.g., Black Friday), processing may extend by 2–3 days. We’ll notify you via email if delayed.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

USA & Canada

(via USPS Priority or FedEx Ground)

 3–7 business days


International (standard international shipping)

 5–12 business days* (up to 60 days for customs delays)

*Delivery begins when shipped, not when ordered.

3. Tracking & Notifications

🔹 You’ll receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours of shipment.
🔹 Allow 48 hours for tracking to activate.
🔹 Track your order via your CosmoCare account or the carrier’s website.

4. Address & Customs

✖️ We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
🌍 International customers: You’re responsible for customs fees, taxes, or import duties. CosmoCare cannot prepay these.

5. Lost/Damaged Packages

🔎 Lost in transit? Contact us within 14 days to file a claim.
📸 Damaged items? Email photos to support@cosmocare.com within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds
